Moll Jewellers offers a Lifetime Warranty on the plating of all demi-fine jewellery pieces, so you can enjoy your jewellery with confidence and freedom.

🛠 Claim Process

• Capture a clear photo of the tarnished item
• Email molljewellers@gmail.com with your Order ID, photo proof, and warranty claim
• Self-ship the product to our Pune service center and share AWB/tracking details
• Once we receive and verify the item, you’ll receive store credit as per the terms below

💰 Credit Terms

• 0–6 months: 50% of invoice value
• 6–12 months: 25% of invoice value
• After 12 months: 15% of invoice value

The credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for both online and in-store purchases.

🚫 Exclusions from Warranty

• Wear and tear damage or breakage
• Third-party resizing or alterations
• Mishandling causing damage to zirconia crystals
• Loss of stones or crystals
• Not applicable to luxury handcrafted sets

• We also offer a customer-friendly Breakage Warranty
• In case of accidental breakage during use, you may claim 15% of product value as Moll Cash
