Return & Exchange Policy


1. For Non-Lab Grown Diamond Products

Return Policy:

We offer a 2-day return and 10-day exchange policy for your convenience.

  • If the product is damaged or packaging is tampered, please refuse delivery and email us at molljewellers@gmail.com with your Order ID.
  • If you don’t like the product, raise a return request from your account using the same email ID used for the order.
  • We’ll arrange a pickup and process your return or exchange accordingly.

Orders with Offers:

  • For Buy 1 Get 1 or similar offers, the entire order must be returned or exchanged. Partial returns or exchanges are not allowed.

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items:

  • If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, email our support team. We’ll arrange pickup and send a replacement at no cost.

Partial Order Returns:

  • Store credits will be added to your Moll Jewellers Wallet.

Full Order Returns:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to the original payment method within 5-7 days.
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer after receiving your account details.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days.
  • We’ll arrange pickup and send your new item within 5-7 business days.
  • Customized items are not eligible for exchange.
  • If exchanging for a higher value, we’ll issue a coupon code for the original item’s value.
  • If exchanging for a lower value, we’ll issue store credit for the difference.
  • Returns or exchanges of already exchanged products are not allowed.

2. For Lab Grown Diamond Products

Return Policy:

  • 2-day return policy. Return the entire order only.
  • Pickup will be arranged, and refund processed after quality check and LGD certificate validation.

Exchange Policy:

  • 10-day exchange policy. We'll arrange pickup and dispatch the replacement.
  • For higher value products, pay the difference. For lower value products, receive store credits.

Important Guidelines:

  • Always record an unboxing video to support damage/missing product claims.
  • Gift boxes are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Only 2 return/exchange requests allowed per order.
  • Luxury sets must be returned/exchanged within 24 hours.
  • Free gifts must be returned along with the order.
  • Prior appointment is required for in-store returns/exchanges.
  • For Buy 2 Get 1, return all 3 items for a full return.
  • If you miss the pickup, you must self-ship the product.
  • No returns accepted via email/social/chat. Use your account portal.
  • In partial returns, discounts will be recalculated based on remaining products.
  • Returns must be completed within the given timeframe or only store credit will be issued.
  • Keep pickup receipts (physical or digital) in case of lost shipment.
  • Refunds are processed within 4-7 days post product return.

Non-Eligible Products for Return/Exchange:

  • Items with physical damage.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customized or made-to-order items.
  • Special offers (Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 2 Free) – Full order must be returned for refund.
  • Note: Claims for missing items require unboxing video proof.
