Refund Policy

We have a customer-friendly 2-day return and 10-day exchange policy.

If you receive a product in poor condition or with tampered/damaged packaging, please refuse delivery and return the package to the delivery person. Email us at molljewellers@gmail.com with your Order ID and details.

We’ll ensure a brand-new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost.

If you simply don’t like the product, please log in or sign up using the email you placed the order with and submit a return request through your account. Our system will offer a Return / Exchange option, and we’ll schedule a pickup from your doorstep.

  • Return requests are only accepted via your account panel — not via email, social media, or phone.
  • Pickup is scheduled once per request. If the item is not handed to the courier, you must self-ship it.
  • For partial returns (more than 2 products), refund will be calculated after adjusting applicable discounts.
  • If shipment isn’t returned within the timeline after a return request, only store credit will be issued.
  • Always collect a courier receipt (physical or SMS). Proof is required for lost shipments.
  • Refunds are processed within 4–7 days of receiving the returned product at our Pune warehouse.

  • Physically damaged products
  • Products ordered with fall
  • Customized products
  • Return/exchange requests made after 48 hours
  • Made-to-order products

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Submit your exchange request within 10 days of product delivery.
  • Use the same email ID as the original order to log in or sign up and raise a request.
  • We’ll arrange for pickup and dispatch the replacement within 5–7 working days.
  • Customized items are not eligible for exchange.
  • For higher value items, you’ll receive a coupon code equal to the returned item value — use it during checkout and pay the difference.
  • For lower value items, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
  • Note: Return or exchange of an already exchanged product is not possible.
  • Discounts do not apply on exchanged orders.
